How do I get a copy of my invoice?
For a copy of your invoice you should call, fax or email us with as much information you have about the invoice. (The Invoice number, in the upper right hand corner of the packing slip, is most helpful or the date that you placed the order). Please let us know if you would like us to mail, email or fax it to you.
